@kittymeowbark 6/21/2014- How’s the possible 2WW going? More relaxing since it wasn’t planned or do you find yourself even more nervous?

Definitely more nerve racking not knowing when/if I ovulated. I have truly come to appreciate and love temping for the knowledge it provides about my body. As for the TWW, I tested this morning and BFN, so I think i am done this cycle. Waiting for AF and hoping she comes before our vacation on Friday.

@jbasore1123 - Thanks for the check in! So far so good with the Clomid.... I have not had any side effects which makes me think it may not be working but we will see on Friday when I go for my ULT. Fingers crossed that I have a few good sized follies!  I don't think we are going to do the trigger shot for this cycle and instead just DTD based on when I get my positive OPKs.

@kittymeowbark - Fx for you this cycle!  And I agree with you. I left my basal thermometer on vacation and was not getting accurate temps with my regular thermometer for a few days and it drove me crazy! You really do feel so much more in tune with your body and can really predict things having all of the information.

QOTW: My favorite thing about the Summer is getting out on the lake!  We are new boaters and have named our pontoon "bumper boat" for good reasons but have been having a really good time this Summer. I has helped a little bit with the constant obsessions and worries about TTC.

AFM - @MrsG80inTN 6/4/2014- How was/is the clomid? Have you triggered?

Had u/s this am.  Follies measuring pretty small… not small enough for more meds (I guess they do that sometimes?) and not big enough for a trigger… so, I go back on Friday in the middle of a conference I am attending (UGH!).  They said to bring my trigger with me and hopefully I can use it that day and they can do it for me.  DH is feeling like this cycle is a bust because in his mind he doesn’t’ think the clomid worked.  I think it’s probably just too early to tell and likely too low of a dose to really make me O earlier in my cycle than normal.  Hopefully CD16 will be a good judge on the u/s and then we can trigger and BD this weekend!

QOTW - I'm not sure - probably our beach trips.  Normally summer is so hot and humid it just bugs me - this summer has been relatively decent so that's been a nice welcome change.

Hey. Yeah AF is still rearing her ugly head right now. We may be waiting this next cycle out because I've been feeling sick. At first I thought it was... what we want but now with AF here it obviously isn't. I Went to a doctor today and they have no idea. They are gonna run a million blood tests and i have to take in stool samples. =-/ ew.  So anyway with me feeling so yuck and not knowing why when may just wait it out.   I've been feeling light headed, dizzy, nauseated, digestive issues, and fatigued. Just plumb wore out. So idk what is up. My body won't catch a break these days. 

QOTW: What is there not to love about summer? I love the heat, swimming, being outside and not worrying about needing extra layers. Lemonaid, sweet tea, spriklers, handstands in the green grass.... I love summer! lol

As for me, I had my baseline u/s last week. Everything went well, no cysts. I have another one tomorrow to check my lining and then I trigger in a couple days. I start PIO (progesterone in oil) injections on Sunday, which I'm really nervous for. The needle is huge!! Hopefully with numbing and then warming it afterward it will go ok.

YES, I am in the 2WW aaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! This time I think we had great timing. Thankfully it was the weekend. I didn't rely on the OPKs and instead started BD on CD12 - and it's a good thing I did! I was still using OPKs for interest sake and had a (-) at 8:00pm on CD 12, BD at 10:00pm. Then 5:00am CD13 I got my first smiley face (CBD)! Then BD at 10:00am and much to my surprise (-) at 4pm. Is that not super short to ovulate? No wonder I didn't get a (+) last month even though I knew I ovulated. My temperature had already gone up a fair bit by the time I took it at 5:00am on CD13. But at least the Clomid is really pushing my temps up, and I had a "normal" cycle last month. And side effect free again for me this Clomid cycle. @luckyclover0922 glad you didn't have any side effects, but I wouldn't think that means it's not working. FX for big follies! Do you temp?

@MrsG80inTN hopefully Friday will bring good news! Stay positive! You too @kittymeowbark. Don't give up hope yet. It's not over until she shows her face. Fx you'll have something great to celebrate on a much deserved vacay.

@BackstreetPixie I'm sorry for what you're going through. It must be even worse in the hot weather. Hopefully they will figure out what's going on soon.

@jbasore1123 I am so appreciative of you taking the time to do the check-in every week. I don't know anything about IVF, but what is next in the process? Anything you're getting excited about?

QOTW: My favourite thing about summer is there is less traffic on the commute to work. Lame I know, but summer is not my favourite month and my drive to work is usually the worst part of my day.

@jbasore1123 - I will be thinking of you and hoping that your lining looks nice and perfect for implantation   As for the injections - maybe a heat pad and massage after the injection might help as well as ice to the site for 5 minutes prior to help "numb" it? 

@newfmom7 - FX that you had perfect timing!!  I would say to keep BD'ing daily until you get temp shift to confirm O Did you use a trigger shot for this cycle with your clomid?  You give me hope that not having side effects doesn't mean that it isn't working!!  And yes - I do temp and use OPK. I ovulate usually on CD 14 - 16 and I am currently at CD 9 so I am hoping that I get my positive OPK in the next week

Hi ladies- post and run this week, sorry I missed last week!  Big hugs to anyone who needs them

Work is kicking my ASS and my evenings are no longer filled with FB and Bumping which is very unfortunate!!! 

Nothing too new here.  We are still TTA while we wait for all of our testing to come in.  AF showed up last week and was miserable but at least I can start doing some OPK charting now.  Still waiting on our autopsy results and we go back to my OB on the 4th to have blood taken for a huge amount of clotting and other RPL testing.  Our autopsy results took 3 months last time, so I'm really hoping to have everything back by early September and we can finally set our MFM appointment and determine what's been happening or at least what we should do as we TTC going forward to try to avoid a 3rd loss.  At least work is keeping me so busy that I don't have time to dwell on everything and it's making the time pass faster.

Hey! I'm here. Crazy busy between work and the weddings for two close friends. I'm no longer temping or taking clomid just doing nothing to prevent a LO. I'm seriously searching for a new obgyn before we start seriously trying again. I can't stand mine and the way her office is run. Living in a rural area sucks! I am going to have to travel over a hour to find a decent ob. 8days till af is due. I'm super bloated and my boobs hurt but who knows I'm probably just over thinking it.

My favorite part about Summer is spending time with family. Either at picnics or at the lake etc.
