GTKY: What story does your friends/family always tell about you? When I was about 10 I was home alone and decided to light every candle in the house. I accidentally knocked one over and burnt the carpet. I tried to cover it with the coffee table but my parents spotted it as soon as they got home. I got my butt tore up that day.

GTKY: What story do your friends/family always tell about you? My mom always talks about my first ballet recital. I thought I was really really good. Nope. I turned the wrong way and stood there and watched the other kids... I was THAT kid. But she never told me that I sucked, so in my head I thought I was this really amazing ballerina. Turns out I just couldn't follow directions. My mom thought it was cute so she let me make a fool of myself. Thanks mom!

Rants/Raves/Chartstalks/Symptoms: I've been having consistently high temps. I've been gassy and also burping a lot (I never burp). Got nauseated in the shower this morning. But then I roll my eyes at myself cuz I'm only 6DPO.
GTKY: What story does your friends/family always tell about you?
Friends- my first time getting drunk. It's not super exciting, just amusing to us.
Family- when I was 5 and one of my sisters was 8, there was a juice container that had a label with pine cones and stuff on it. So I bet my sister $10 that there was really pine cones in the juice. There wasn't. Our parents made me pay. I don't ever make bets or gamble.

My grandma loves to tell this one: when I was 1 or 2, my dad was stationed in San Diego in the Navy. He was also a raging alcoholic and usually spent all of his money on beer, including grocery money. My grandma says she came over and my mom was crying because there was no food in the house and I was always crying. Apparently I walked my grandma to the kitchen, opened the cabinets, and said "See, grandma! Empty!"

GTKY: What story does your friends/family always tell about you? various and assundry tales of my drunken follies... those are all old stores now thankfully, one they particularly like is when I knocked myself out after attempting to jump from a boat onto the dock, hit a metal pole and fell back into the boat. Yeah I was out cold, just for a moment and then put a cold beer on the goosegg on my forhead

Testing: I'm so proud of myself! A couple days ago, my recently KU friend gave me all her extra tests. I hadn't had any tests in the house for months. Last night, I had myself convinced that testing this morning would be a good idea. But I didn't do it!
Rants/Raves/Chart Stalks: just trying not to read too much into my post-O chart. Can't get my hopes up for no reason.
GTKY: I always hear the one about a long road trip when I was a squirrelly 3 year old. I was so restless, so my mom decided to play a rhyming game with me. The game ended abruptly when I rhymed fuck with truck. I guess I've always been a potty mouth.

Testing plans: maybe 10-12dpo...curious to see what's up with my LP after this unprecedented late O. This was my first cycle using OPKs so I'm calling It the most accurate.

GTKY: My parents always tell the story of me at 24 months when my moms car got stolen at the mall. I had a balloon in it. After my mom realized what happened, we headed back to the mall to call the cops and I asked about my balloon and she explained it was in the stolen car. As we entered the store vestibule, I apparently waited until like 10 people were waking through before stomping my foot and yelling "those fucking assholes" in regards to the person who stole the car. Needless to say, my mom was equal parts horrified and impressed that I was so contextually spot-on.

Rants/Raves/Chartstalks/Symptoms: i don't know why, but i really just don't feel like this is our month. I was STARVING all day yesterday...but that's probably not abnormal. I did eat cheese and crackers for dinner...got to get my fill of soft cheeses while i still can. :-)
GTKY: What story does your friends/family always tell about you? They usually just like to tell people about how i sang in church and did musical theatre through until i went to college. Probably because i'm just a boring accountant now.

GTKY: What story does your friends/family always tell about you?
My gma always tells me a story about when I was around 3/4 years old and I was grocery shopping with her. We were in the pet food aisle and I yelled "grama stop! We need some of that!" while pointing. She couldn't figure out what I was pointing at. She took me out of the cart and had me show her what I wanted - it was bird seed. She said "we don't have a bird, why do we need that?" And I said "don't you think you should feed that little birdy that is always telling on me?"

When I was younger apparently I did something wrong and told my mom I think she needed to put me on restriction . I think I was the first kid to ever ground myself. I get teased almost every holiday.

Timing: Once in my FW. At the time I thought I was out (due to what I now know was mid-cycle spotting) and DH and I were drunk. Fun story for that kid one day
Testing Plans: I GOT A LINE!!! It's on a Wondfo! I'm still in shock! I think it's definitely dark enough to be considered an actual line and not a squinter, but DH is not so convinced. I'm *tentatively* SO excited! Stupid work prevented me from running out and buying a FRER right that moment., but I'm going to get a FRER and a digi after work and test again tomorrow morning. If one/both those are BFP I'll be calling it tomorrow
Rants/Raves/Chart Stocks/Symptoms: My nips and boobs have been sensitive and sore since O. I've been really bloated and gassy.
GTKY: I can't even focus enough to think about this question. Haha. Tomorrow morning is going to seem like an eternity to wait to retest!!

Rants/Raves/Chart Stocks/Symptoms: Cramping and gas like crazy. I hate that constipation can have the same symptoms as pregnancy.
GTKY: There's not usually just one, but lately I've been hearing a lot about how I threw a brick at my best friend when I was 2. No one seems to know why. That part of the story got lost. The me throwing the brick part is all that is remembered.

Rant: I am tired. And grumpy. And NTTCRL, I was shorted on my tips by a manager, because she can't tell the difference between a trainee, not being tipped, and ME, the trainer, being tipped. I had to very kindly explain that she now owes me nearly $30 because I am being paid to do my job as well as train the newbie. UGH!
GTKY: There really isn't any stories being told. Not that I wasn't an awesome kid, just seems they don't like reminiscing. Which is ok.

@littleliverpill - I think your new timing is better. +1 is better than +2 to me. FF does this with my CH almost every month too, I almost wish they would just wait and give them to me a day later.

Rants/Raves/Chartstalks/Symptoms: After getting all hopeful from high temps the last two days, today I had a HUGE temp drop. It's pretty early for AF to be on her way, so hopefully it was just a fluke. Only time will tell.
GTKY: What story does your friends/family always tell about you? My parents like to tell about the time I got in trouble and instead of sending me to my room, they made me sit on the cellar stairs. I was mortified and kept sticking my fingers out under the crack at the bottom of the door asking them to let me out.

This is more about both me and my sister. When I was little (around 2/3) I convinced my aunt that I could swim without my swimmies. She let me jump in -- and big surprise -- I started to drown. Apparently some man we didn't know jumped in and saved me (glasses, hat and all) My aunt had me in her arms, crying and hugging me, when all of a sudden my sister (4/5 yrs old) comes over, hands on hips and says, "If you don't tell my mom about this, I am" We still talk about it lol!

Rants/Raves/Chartstalks/Symptoms: I hung out with one of my best friends on Friday and she was telling me that both her and her friend got pregnant on their first cycle after stopping BCP. That thought totally has my hopes up but I'm trying to stay grounded.
GTKY: What story does your friends/family always tell about you? The time when I fell out of my mom's van in a parking lot. Idk how old I was but I was young and I guess I just opened the door while we were still moving. Also, my brother(2 years older than me) barfed on my head at his Kindergarten Thanksgiving lunch. Good times...I guess?
