Follicle Scan Results?

Sooo just got back from my follicle scan. I'm CD 12 and this is my first round of clomid. They put me on 50 mg.
I had one follicle measuring 14mm. She said it wasn't great but wasn't bad. She said that they'd prefer it to be 18-20 mm.
They didn't give me a trigger shot or schedule a second scan, but they told us to do the BD EOD and go from there.
Thoughts? Anyone conceive with similar results? I'm still staying glass half full.

    Have me trigger, but when my bloodwork came back the levels weren't quite right yet so they wanted me to return the next day for another scan. I'm surprised that she didn't want you to come back for another scan. The average is the follicle grows 2mm a day and they like to trigger around 22-24 is what I thought. I hope this cycle ends up working out for you. FX!

    I gotcha. Thank you guys! Do I have to have the trigger, or should I keep up with the OPKs and BDs through ovulation?
