Love it. Top pick for us if this baby had of been a girl. We were thinking of naming Elizabeth (family name) with nickname Eliza.

I would pronounce this Uh-LEEZ-a. Would not go for that unique spelling.

i wasn't a fan at first, and I wouldn't have chosen it had I been her parent, but the pronunciation they chose is Uh-LIE-zuh. Eliza is great.
