So happy I got out of bed and worked out already. It has been way too easy to sleep in (7:00, woo-hoo) on MWFs, and say I'll just work out during DS's nap. But then I always regret it. I am so much happier when I get it out of the way first thing.
I'm turning 34 next week, and have decided what better time in my life then to start really stretching to be able to do a center split. Am I delusional to think that my body will be able to do something I have not done since I was probably 10? I have no idea why I want to do a center split, and I have a loooonnnnggg way to go, but I feel like I would be pretty proud if I could.

But we are shoving every food item into our mouths, so at BEST I might be not gaining more than a few lbs this week. Oh well. Diet/exercise starts again Monday.
@BluepointToasted I think a center split sounds like a good goal. It'll be hard, keep you moving, and be a fun way to see all your progress. Go for it!
@peanutrach1, slow and steady, and just keep repeating to yourself "Don't. Stop. Running." You can do it!
So i popped in 30DS and modified the hell out of it, but it felt great to finally get moving and sweating again! II'm gonna shoot for the same results today. I'm hoping this will give me at least some of my energy/motivation back.
I did good last week putting everything I ate into sparkpeople. I was amazed at how many calories I was eating before.
I am starting to notice results in my legs, arms and butt. Just wish my belly would follow suit.
Do you go to a gym? Using the stairmill for cardio is good. Or just doing stairs. Spend some time going up your stairs 2 at a time. Bonus points if you hold weights. Stepping up and down onto something relatively high (I used to use my coffee table before I got my box). Again, bonus if you hold some weight

Hope to get some Zumba in tonight.
Then I went to my friend's house this weekend and am on vacation now, so I've only been working out every other day and eating hasn't been great. I tried to get up to run before our flight out here yesterday but just couldn't get out of bed. My goal is to workout every day from here on this week, and I'm pretty sure I can fit them in. I did a 3 mile run and lifted legs this morning, so that was good!

Trained upper body this morning. Am really fascinated by how much weaker my left side is. I never had that kind of imbalance before ds, could it really be just from picking up his little body??
