So, with my last pg, once i was through the morning sickness, I continued working out thru my pregnancy, either walking or doing my Jillian Michaels workouts (with lots of modifications of course).
This time around, I found myself a lot sicker and a lot more fatigued so I really haven't worked out at all since right before the MS started (like 5.5 wks). So here I am at 14wks, and now that the sickness is gone for the most part, my ass is still absolutely dragging, my mood is pretty blah (mostly bc i feel like a lazy slob w/ no motivation to do anything) and I'm missing my workouts so much. I'm sure getting back to it would give me the physical/mental boost I need.
My concern is my lack of exercise for last 2.5 months and how to reacclimate my now pg body without overdoing it (I tend to work out hard and I know now is not the time to be pushing it too much).
Id really like to do a combo of cardio/strength training (like my modified Jillian Michaels workouts), bc I feel like it gives me the most bang for my buck, its only 20min long, and walking is just plain boring to me.
So...thoughts? Advice? Obviously i know exercise during pg is good for me, and not bad for the baby, I guess im just wondering the best way to ease back into my workouts since i havent been active (besides work-im a waitress and constantly on my feet) in months.
