Problem of the day...Do I make lemon cupcakes with either blueberry frosting or vanilla frosting OR do I make lime cupcakes with a coconut frosting. Decisions, decisions.

Lemon with blueberry frosting! Or both I recently just gave baked treats to my neighbors- they loved them! You could always do that

I made both. The lime ones were a huge fail!  I would post a picture but I am too embarrassed.  Sad day.  I had enough batter left for a cake, so maybe that won't fail as much.

boo, sorry the lime ones didn't work out =( Lime seems to work differently than lemon I find.

When I make too much, I either take them to work or send them to H's work lol

I'm not a big citrus person, but the like & coconut sound awesome. I made chocolate chip cookie brownie bars last night. Yum!
