Feeling crazy, a few questions...

Happy weekend!

I have a few silly questions and was hoping you can ease my crazy mind!

I am 9wks and two days ago I started feeling a "thumping" on my lower right abdomen. I know it's not the baby cause the baby is like the size of a grape lol, but does anyone know what this is or have you experienced it? It's not gas either, I tried gas ex and it did nothing and really doesn't feel like has...

Also one more question... Did anyone's symptoms start to decrease at 9wks? Last two days my boobs don't hurt as much and the nausea has mellowed out and while that's great it's of course freaking me out lol

I am with an OB now so no more weekly visits and I think my PGAL brain is just running wild! Lol

Thumping...is it more like pulsating? I'm sure it's possible you're feeling your own strong pulse at times in that area due to increased blood flow & position of your uterus.

I never really had symptoms so I'm no help there. I was in extreme pgal anxiousness due to not having symptoms. I know it's entirely normal for symptoms to come and go.

I was also going to say that it is probably your own pulse. I remember feeling that in first trimester. As for symptoms they have come and gone and then came back again or not. I know it's hard but try not to read too much into symptoms and enjoy the days that are a little easier because you never know when it will be back. My morning sickness came in and out throughout first trimester and then came back a little and now even at about 24 weeks I've had a little too.

Thank you so much ladies! I guess it is possible that it's my pulse .. It's just such a weird feeling and it comes and goes throughout the day! Gotta love PGAL brain Ughhh

I think it's pulse or muscle twitching too! I had that the symptoms went away for me at 11 weeks and now I feel completely normal! It is scary especially with appts far in between! Good luck and congrats!

I'm not sure about the thumping, but my symptoms went away completely at 10 weeks only to return with a vengeance at 11. Hang in there!

Symptoms often peak around eight or nine weeks, so you may be feeling a normal tapering off. And I immediately thought gas for the thumping, so if you're sure it's not that I would go with muscle twitches.

I think I know what thumping you're talking about. I've had it too. I think it is muscle twitching, but every time I tell myself it's too early for movement because I do think that is what it will feel like. Who knows, FTM here!
My symptoms went away a few days ago, and I continue to hear two stellar HBs on the Doppler daily. Just consider yourself lucky!
