BJ's vs. Costco?

we had a costco membership that expired.  we have both a costco and a bj's close by and i'm thinking with cuppa coming, it makes sense to get a membership again to be able to buy things like diapers and formula if needed in bulk.  which do you prefer?

We go to BJ's b/c it is SO much closer than the nearest Costco, but if they were equally close, we might go there instead.  I've heard  that Costco sells cloth diapers too.  BJ's does not (at least not yet).

As far as formula & diapers... costco's kirkland formula is similar to both the similac advance & enfamil lipil. DD's pedi said it was fine to give her. She won't take a bottle, but I bought it before she was born.?

Their diapers are similar to swaddlers. I haven't used them because they start at size 1-2 and are too big for dd. ?

I have also found that with diapers, I usually find a better deal in stores like bru (coupons & promotions) and on amazon.com. Diapers.com is great for the 1st order. After that you can't get the $10 off anymore.?

I only know the difference between bj's wipes & costco's because my sil buys the wipes in bjs for me.?

We have Costco.  Love their wipes, but their diapers are similar to Huggies, which we hate.

I've heard their formula is most like Enfamil and DD had gas, fusiness, capped off by the worst diaper blowout I've ever seen when were trying Enfamil.  Kind of sucks, because generic formula is $19 for two cans!

I'm trying to convince DH to get a BJ's membership but he loves Costco for other stuff, so he doesn't want to.

I haven't tried the BJ's wipes, but I LOVE the Costco ones.  I will never go back to the Huggies or Pampers wipes.  The Costco ones are big and soft--great for cleaning around all of the little boy parts.   I also buy Huggies diapers there.  I've never been to a BJ's though.  Good luck deciding.
