I've really never even thought to do anything other than clasp behind my back. The next time I put a real bra on (ha!) I'll try clasping in the front.

I usually clasp behind my back, but with the size situation, I clasp behind my back around my waist and pull up.

I watched an episode of Oprah once that told me how to out on a bra properly...clasp behind back, lean forward and place the boons into cups, stand up and adjust as needed for comfort.

I have been in my sleeping bra for the last 6 weeks so there is no claps. When i go out, sports bra since i dont even know exactly my boob size anymore...

Backwards, clasp and turn. I have had 3 shoulder surgeries so I can't reach behind my back with my right arm. But before my shoulder issues I still couldn't clasp behind my back.

I voted for backwards because that is what I do with regular bras, but right now I'm wearing front closing instead of nursing bras.
