I voted fettuccine but it depends on the dish. And sometimes I mix noodles in the same dish just to keep interesting. Mmm noodles.

I voted angel hair because it cooks so fast and because my husband likes it best...personally I just love pasta, noodle shape is irrelevant.

Out of the choices I like pene the best but my faves in order are Cavatelli, Gemelli, Papardelli.

Macaroni with homemade sauce! Love me some fontina and emmental blended white sauce...parmesan and Italian bread crumb crust on top.

I love cavatappi, aka corkscrew pasta. Makes the best mac 'n' cheese ever! Also good with just about any sauce, and in pasta salads. But I'm with others, though, in that if it is pasta, I will eat it!

I votes SS because it all depends on the dish. From one of my favorite cheap Italian restaurants, it's ziti with their tomato sauce. If you try to give me spaghetti with their tomato sauce, it just isn't the same. With Alfredo, I like angel hair. With Mac and cheese, I like elbows. I really don't discriminate, though. I love, love, love pasta!
