Menu help

We are having just a small BBQ tomorrow with family tomorrow for Logans birthday. We are grilling burgers and chicken breasts, but I have NO idea what else to serve. I plan on getting chips and maybe stuff for a salad but I feel like i should have some sort of other hot/warm side dish. Something super easy would be great but I can just not think of what to do. Suggestions? Nothing like waiting till the last minute right?

Salads go great with BBQ and you can make them early in the day or even the night before and keep them in the fridge.

For DD's birthday, we had a BBQ.  I made a couple salads to go on the side.  One was a chickpea/cilantro/lime salad, and a taco salad (I bought a salad mix and just added some black beans to it).  We also had some chips and homemade salsa and guacamole.  

Other salad ideas that go well with BBQ: pasta salad, macaroni salad, potato salad.
