Hmmm I am doing Novarel and it's just like my other shots. I have to mix it and all but it goes right in my stomach like the rest. I'll be thankful for that.
That's interesting, because we've always used a novarel trigger and it's always gone in IM in the back of my hip right above my tush. I'm totally jealous as the shot itself doesn't hurt but my tush is always sore the next day.
My Novaril was IM in the backside too! It wasn't painful until the next day.

I had my first monitoring appt this morning and things are looking good for day 4 of stims. I had one measurable follie at 12 mm and lots of little ones. Lining was 8.2 and e2 was 310. Staying with 150 units of follistim and go back Wed for a recheck.

Survived the shot in the butt. I highly recommend numbing with ice for 5 min or so before the shot. I'm definitely sore already but sitting on a heating pad as I type this. Guess I should get used to this because I will be doing PIO shots. Back to the RE in the morning for BW only!!

Well, I have been monitored daily over the weekend, and at my appt today my RE said it's go time!!:-O
I've got 8 really sizable follies and 2 that might drag along, but I trigger tonight with hCG exact time TBD. I'm waiting for my call. ER will be Wednesday. I was shocked, it's weird finally getting to this point, when it felt like it would never happen! I'm screaming from excitement, internally.
AFM- went in for my scan today- lining looks good at 9 and I have 12 follies between 10-13 right now! I'm so relieved, because it's going much better so far. I'm just waiting for my e2 to see if we're keeping stims the same or lowering. The only bad thing is I already have fluid building up so I'm supposed to up the salty foods and Gatorade .

11/14/14 - Second HSG shows that tubes are still clear and ute is looking good.
12/6/14 - Started BCPs in prep for IVF #2
12/22/14 - Saline u/s and endometrial scratch (All was clear and OUCH!)
1/2/15 - Began stimming for IVF #2

We are Mommas to four fur babies - 3 dogs and 1 cat.
This IVF thing has been such a rollercoaster!! I was discouraged by my low fertilization report and the 3 day transfer with nothing to freeze. At 6dp3dt I had one little brown spot (which may or may not have been implantation bleeding) followed by positive pregnancy tests since Friday at 8dp3dt. The lines kept getting darker and I had a positive digital CBE on Saturday. Well my beta is in at 11dp3dt and it was 112!!!! Which my nurse said is a good strong beta for where I'm at!! I have another one on Wednesday to check for doubling and again on Friday with a progesterone level!! I'm praying things keep looking good, our number keep climbing, and this is our take home baby! Thanks so much to everyone who wished me well and helped me keep my sanity during this process. My worrying isn't over but I'm hopeful now!

Our RE believes I have an Immune Disorder that destroys my eggs and our embryos.
We decided against any more testing or procedures with Infertility and are Happily waiting to Adopt our little one.

AFM- went in for my scan today- lining looks good at 9 and I have 12 follies between 10-13 right now! I'm so relieved, because it's going much better so far. I'm just waiting for my e2 to see if we're keeping stims the same or lowering. The only bad thing is I already have fluid building up so I'm supposed to up the salty foods and Gatorade

We've been working on baby #1 since July 2013 using Open ID donor sperm. 8 IUI attempts with 5 actual IUIs and one chemical pregnancy. We have one fresh IVF cycle under our belts as well as a FET. I have endometriosis and a uterine septum that was corrected via surgery in November 2013.
11/14/14 - Second HSG shows that tubes are still clear and ute is looking good.
12/6/14 - Started BCPs in prep for IVF #2
12/22/14 - Saline u/s and endometrial scratch (All was clear and OUCH!)
1/2/15 - Began stimming for IVF #2

This IVF thing has been such a rollercoaster!! I was discouraged by my low fertilization report and the 3 day transfer with nothing to freeze. At 6dp3dt I had one little brown spot (which may or may not have been implantation bleeding) followed by positive pregnancy tests since Friday at 8dp3dt. The lines kept getting darker and I had a positive digital CBE on Saturday. Well my beta is in at 11dp3dt and it was 112!!!! Which my nurse said is a good strong beta for where I'm at!! I have another one on Wednesday to check for doubling and again on Friday with a progesterone level!! I'm praying things keep looking good, our number keep climbing, and this is our take home baby! Thanks so much to everyone who wished me well and helped me keep my sanity during this process. My worrying isn't over but I'm hopeful now!

Tried to conceive naturally on just clomid off and on for several years.
IVF #1: 4-24-2014: Started an IVF Cycle on Clomid, my body didn't respond so it was cancelled.
IVF #2: 7-11-2014: BFFN
Our RE believes I have an Immune Disorder that destroys my eggs and our embryos.
We decided against any more testing or procedures with Infertility and are Happily waiting to Adopt our little one.
