Intro!

Hi ladies,

First pregnancy and have been recommended to have a c-section so here I am!  I have never had any kind of surgery before so I am a little nervous but excited to meet the little one.  I am interested in all of your experiences and any tips that you all have to share.

Welcome @slapdashalice! My c-section was not planned but it was also not traumatic. Overall it was a fairly easy experience (I labored at the hospital with an epidural so I wasn't in pain...I also didn't push at all because they discovered the baby was breech before I had to psuh) and since it was my first birth, I didn't have anything to compare it to. I plan on having a RCS with this baby. Everyone's experience is different, but feel free to ask lots of questions! I find this board very helpful.
