Where do I get the completion coupons?

I am building a registry just for myself to get the 20% off completion coupon that Target does, and I'm not finding what I want.  I know that BRU and BBB does something similar, but I have neither of those in my area.  Are there any other store that offer the completion coupons?  I know I can make a registry at Walmart and Kmart, but I don't know if they give a discount on those items.

Am I limited to Target?

ETA: Changed title from 20% coupon to completion coupons.  I guess I had my numbers wrong, but I just want a discount.

Amazon has 10%. 15% if you also join Amazon Moms.

I have an email from customer service saying it's 15%, but they have been so wrong about so much about my registry that that could be a lie. I'm saving that email and when I get my 10% completion coupon, I'll raise shit and say I was promised 15.

Also, you may not have a BRU near you, but register anyway. Can't you use the completion discount online? You can at Target. I was going to put two things on a registry there just for another coupon.

At BRU, you get a percentage back in BRU cash depending on how much is spent off your registry. So if you buy your crib there or whatever else from your registry, you get 5% BRU dollars to anything. Then after $300 (?) you get 10% BRU dollars.

Right on... I hope I'm wrong!  I was just thinking that Amazon's 15% was better than what I got at Target, but I could be completely off base.
