Ultrasound Question!!

Ok so I went to my third ultrasound after a 5 day Fresh embryo transfer. I am now 6 weeks and 6 days. The heart beat was heard at 106 bpm and the baby is growing well on track, although my RE stated that the gestational sac was smaller than expected. Any success stories with the same trait? I can't help but worry??

    I had this happen with one of my twins at I think 10ish weeks. I was really worried about it and asked about it at my NT scan. The tech said that both babies looked fine and some times they can't see their sacs all the way. So after my worrying it ended up not even being an issue.
    Diagnosed MFI- low sperm count  
    DS-Born 7/27/11 After 2 years of IF we have our little man
    TTC#2 January 2013
    11 Medicated cycles gave us
    B/G Twins born 10/8/14 @ 32 weeks
