They seriously have the best customer service.  The best. 

I bought a toy from their sister site (yoyo) for a birthday party.  The party is Saturday.  The gift's packaging was crushed in transit.  It would have been fine to give DS, but not as a gift. 

No questions asked, they are sending a new one to arrive tomorrow.  I expected the exchange to happen once they got the crushed back to their warehouse.  Nope, they sent it immediately.  

Also, if you buy Legos you get a $15 credit on yoyo.com so I will be using that in 2 weeks for my next birthday party gift.

We had a package worth $85 stolen from our house and they sent a new box out no questions asked...and in like a day. It was amazing!
