Verse of the Week: Proverbs 15:3 The eyes of The Lord are in every place, keeping watch on the evil and the good.

This may be a but of a post and run, but I hope to check in later!

@Bethelgal42‌ - praying that this weekend is refreshing and fulfilling for everyone!

Prayers: There was no real change from last week in terms of cervical length, etc., but I still have to go for monitoring over the course of the next couple of weeks. Praying baby keeps happily cooking away in there for awhile.

Praises: The tech gave us a sneak peak of the baby in 3-D yesterday. It's crazy - he looks like an actual baby! Amazing!

Comment: I agree that nothing comes as a surprise to The Lord - that is comforting in that He is always prepared to provide us comfort and support.

1. Prayer Concerns: My mother was hospitalized from Saturday to Wednesday for an infection - something like food poisoning but worse. She was released Wednesday afternoon. When my grandma arrived to take her home (my mother is disabled and lives with her parents for 24/7 care), she was informed that my mom had decided to go to a local nursing home rather than go home with her. So she checked into the nursing home sometime Wednesday afternoon, and I will likely be going to check on her later today.

Also, my grandfather's surgery has been scheduled for 7/31, so prayers are appreciated for that, as it's not going to be an easy surgery or recovery for him.

2. Praises: I'm going down to the beach with the boys Sunday night and Monday (yay vacation days!), and DH is going to youth camp as a leader Monday thru Thursday.

Verse of the Week: Proverbs 15:3 The eyes of The Lord are in every place, keeping watch on the evil and the good.

This verse reminds me that nothing I do can be hidden from the Lord - the good, the bad, the ugly and everything in between. But it also tells me that he's keeping tabs on everything - even those who don't love him. He know's what's going on in every corner of the earth, and that's amazing to me. That I am loved by a God who is capable of keeping an eye on every place, person, thing, etc., is so humbling and comforting.
