Pediatrician for complex kids

I just moved to Baltimore City (Locust Point) and am looking for a pediatrician who is good at taking care of kids with multiple health issues and specialists. I have transportation, so leaving the city isn't a problem. Where I just moved from, it was like pulling teeth to get the pediatrician to make recommendations on my feared complaints, and it turned out he had some significant problems. I don't want to be in that situation again. Thanks!
