It's on the FYI network (which I'm guessing is a newer channel or a recently renamed one?). I am totally enthralled by this show. Has anyone else seen it?
Yes! I was going to post something about it the other night when I was watching it. I think Doug and his wife that didn't think he was attractive at first will be the ones to last. I think the other white couple are too immature to work on actual issues and I don't have a good feel for the other couple yet. They're older so I think they're more mature and it seems like he would take good care of her like she wants.
What a crazy concept. DH and I were talking about if we would do something like that of we were still single. I'm still undecided. As exciting as it sounds, marriage is hard enough with someone you got to know first!
I haven't watched yet, but I have it set to record.
THT, you should watch the first episode because the bride was on Ben's season of The Bachelor and if you're into that show you'd totally know who she was. She was the one forced the kiss on him totally awkwardly...so funny!
@MrsKipper, my husband (who I've relayed the episodes to) has the same prediction you do for the couples.
@tinyhumantoe, Yes. These people had "experts" interview them on a bunch of categories then pair them up with the people they think were most compatible with. The first time they meet, find out each other's names, etc is at the altar. Then they go on their honeymoons and live with each other for awhile. At the end of the experiment, they decide if they want to stay married or get divorced! I'm sure most of it is staged/set up, but still fun to watch.
