So my RE all of a sudden has decided to be super proactive about testing my e2 and p4 which has never been done before. Now that just gives me something to obsess over while I'm hanging out waiting for my FET, LOL. Anywho... I stopped Lupron on Saturday and my Estrace dose was decreased from 6mg to 4 mg and started Endometrin Sunday. Today's bloodwork said my e2 went down a little. It was 370 and now 348...p4 is only 8 but I'm on Endometrin only (until tonight starts PIO) so I know that's not totally accurate as its not in the bloodstream. But... if I'm still on Estrace should my e2 be going down? My RE's office emailed my instructions for starting PIO tonight but never called so I didn't get to question this. I assume if it were an issue they'd increase my Estrace or let me know , which they didn't, so I'm not fretting just pondering and curious. Thoughts?

***SIGGY/TICKER WARNING***
It makes sense that your E2 went down a bit due to the dosage change. However, if you want something to obsess about I will tell you that my estrogen always takes a dive after starting progesterone. This last cycle my RE added an Estrace the day I started PIO to offset that. I have never started Endometrin before PIO though so I don’t know if Endometrin alone would have the same effect on E2 levels.
