EDD/Weeks: 23 weeks today- Nov 12th Updates! Symptoms, appointment news, AW? Next appointment is next week- AW baby kicks when DH talks to the belly at night- this is making DH super happy! Current Cravings if any? Watermelon, I can't get enough of it. GTKY: What is your guilty pleasure TV show- the one you don't tell people you watch. Embarrassing to admit, but I watch Pretty Little Liars lol my niece got me hooked and there isn't much else on in the summer.

EDD/Weeks: 21 weeks - Nov. 26th

Updates! Symptoms, appointment news, AW? Anatomy scan on Monday, finally! New this week is dizziness, hot flashes, and swelling. The combo of wedding and engagement ring was too much for my fingers so I'm down to just the wedding band.

Current Cravings if any? Just food, all the food. I'm constantly starving.

GTKY: What is your guilty pleasure TV show- the one you don't tell people you watch. I just got caught up on Real Husbands of Hollywood, it's about nothing but I find it so funny. Now I need to find something new until all my reg. shows come back on.

EDD/Weeks: Nov 19/22wks Updates! Symptoms, appointment news, AW? Still feeling some nausea, but I did make it through a whole work shift yesterday without any zofran. Also, the swelling in my ankles/feet is ridiculous. I've got some pitting edema, that gets better but isn't going away completely. I'm picking up some compression stockings tonight. DH and I are also going to BabiesRUs to look at stuff/finish our registry. Current Cravings if any? Mostly ice cream. Anything cold will do right now. GTKY: What is your guilty pleasure TV show- the one you don't tell people you watch. I was totally going to say Pretty Little Liars. I am watching it on DVR right now! I started watching it season 1 and haven't been able to stop. eta: wtf formatting. I swear I'm putting spaces in there, the bump is messed up today.

EDD/Weeks: 24 Weeks! 

Updates! Symptoms, appointment news, AW? 

I had a high AFP screening (apparently a 1:18 for Spina Bifida), so I've been getting monthly growth ultrasounds. Everything seems fine with our little girl, but I also found out that after my 28 week growth scan I'll have a weekly ultrasound for activity (breathing, swallowing, muscle movement, and a few other things) from then on. It's neat because I'll get to see her every week, but also a bit intimidating. Apparently if she's not growing well enough or anything else comes up as an issue, they may induce early. The high AFP can mean that the placenta isn't working properly and after 28 weeks if it's not doing well enough for her, apparently it's better to have premature delivery.

Mine change daily, which makes grocery shopping an adventure. Usually sweet or spicy things. 

GTKY: What is your guilty pleasure TV show- the one you don't tell people you watch. 

I don't watch TV, at least not on the TV. I have Hulu and Netflix and sometimes if I'm having an insomnia episode I'll pick a series and binge watch it. I spend most of my time playing video games instead. And I tell all my friends what I'm playing because I want them to play with me! My husband and I are already talking about finding the educational little kid games that have been coming out so we can play games with the baby once she's old enough.

EDD/Weeks: Nov 5/24 weeks today!

Updates! Symptoms, appointment news, AW? Heartburn took a little vacation, but has returned. Regular OB and specialist appt Friday. Lots of movement at night while I'm at work. LO is definitely on my backwards schedule.

Current Cravings if any? Pizza!! I eat it weekly, I could eat it daily but it only makes the heartburn worse.

GTKY: What is your guilty pleasure TV show- the one you don't tell people you watch. I don't watch a whole lot of TV and don't have any guilty pleasures. If I do watch tv I'm watching reruns of criminal minds most likely.

EDD/Weeks: 22 weeks today! Yay! I am so excited that we're past the halfway point. Updates! Symptoms, appointment news, AW? Feeling consistent movement now which makes me happy. I am having a hard time getting to sleep at night. Our next appointment is next week, which will be our last before our move and change in care providers. Current Cravings if any? All of my "cravings" are for regular things that I would eat anyway, so not the crazy pregnancy cravings I was promised:) For example, I really want some cheese right now. GTKY: What is your guilty pleasure TV show- the one you don't tell people you watch. I kind of relish my guilty pleasures so I wouldn't really hide it, but Scandal is one. That show is so ridiculous but my sister got me hooked on it. I love So You Think You Can Dance. Sometimes I watch The Bachelorette, but DH can't stand it.

Symptoms- itchy skin! No marks yet but constantly moisturizing because my boobs and belly keep itching!

EDD/Weeks: Nov 5 / 24 weeks (holy shit!)

Symptoms, appointment news, AW: All the things hurt. I developed Symphysis Pubis Disorder and now also pregnancy carpal tunnel in my right hand/arm. Oh, and skin tags. Eww. Generally, though, I still feel pretty good. My balance is getting really wonky. No appointment until 8/6. No real AW. Liam is a very active baby while I am awake, and he likes to sleep when I do. Hopefully he keeps that up when he is in a real crib and not his "momma crib" (as my MIL called my uterus).

Current Cravings: Still nectarines and all the spicy things and ice cream and cheese and milk with chocolate Ovaltine.

GTKY: What is your guilty pleasure TV show: I'm pretty much an open book and not embarrassed by the dumb things I watch. I love watching re-runs of Family Feud, Full House and America's Funniest Home Videos.
