TB is my go-to parenting influence. I've really been able to develop my knowledge just from this site alone. I'll do a search for this or that to get more input and if I'm concerned, I'll talk to the pediatrician. I'll go to family to talk -not help because before he was born I already knew I have ideals apart from most of my family so it wouldn't be very helpful. Ultimately, we pretty much parent how we want, how we see best.
A little from a few places, but a lot from TB. If it wasn't for TB I don't think I would have been able to make it through BFing and I most likely wouldn't have became a BLW'r.
other websites + FB. i get a lot of ideas sparked from TB and FB groups, and then i google them. my parents and his parents try not to interject with parenting, but a lot of what we do already follow our cultural norms (baby wearing, BLW, bedsharing).

Pretty much exactly this, except those things are not the cultural norm for me. I do think AP is becoming trendy though so perhaps one day they will be the norm here in the states. Doubtful though, lol.
I should add that my relatively conservative town actually has a huge AP/babywearing population that have found each other and we all bounce things off each other.

I love baby wearing - so does DS. But I still don't understand the correlation between that and "attachment parenting"? Idk why, but for some reason AP sounds like a negative thing. I also live in an EXTREMELY conservative town, and have only seen a handful of people baby wear here ever, and people are always commenting about it when I go out with DS.
