I interviewed someone today who didn't have a smartphone. It led me to wonder what types of smartphones you all have.

    We're they younger? I'm always surprised when people don't have phones. It's very rare these days! I've got an iPhone and use it constantly. It's like an extension of my hand.

    My iPhone is over two years old. It's shattered on the back and cracked on the front. It is seriously hanging on by a thread. I'm trying so hard to hold out until the new iPhones come out. I really like to have the latest technology. :-B

    They were definitely older and I work in a tech field with cars so I need someone who feels comfortable with it and it was an automatic no :-) I have an iPhone too... and an Android for work, but I HATE the Android... HATE!

    I have an iPhone. I am a Macbook user too, so I like that it syncs with my Mac so easily. I also like how much longer the battery in my iPhone stays charged compared to the G2 I had before this phone.

    Android user for life! I find android so much more user friendly if you never owned apple computers. Plus with android - there are sooo many choices; samsung, LG, Sony, google. With iPhones aside from the "latest" version, there is only one phone. And I've seen so much "phone shamming" of people that have an older iPhone I didn't want to be part of that "keeping up with the Jones"

    This. I was a die-hard Galaxy user until I tried out the LG G2 in the store. It's camera is 1000X better, especially with low light and that sealed the deal for me.

    LG G2 user here too. My bff and I both took a pic just after sunset as fireworks were going off over the river and she agreed after that, that mine took better pics than her iPhone. I'm a sucker for a great camera.

    Me 34 DH 31, Together since 2003, Married August 20, 2011,  TTC since May 2013
    BFP #1 August 24, 2013! MMC discovered Oct. 3, 2013, D&C Oct. 4, 2013
    BFP #2 December 17, 2013! MMC discovered Jan. 28, 2014, D&C Jan. 30, 2014
    Testing done: male with complete Trisomy 16, not hereditary. Tested me for clotting disorders, all normal.
    Feb. 2014 all clear again to TTC!  Will start progesterone supplementation with the next BFP just in case.       Oct. 2014 more testing just because, thyroid and autoimmune panels = normal.  Diagnostic U/S = no abnormalities.  Will keep trying for 3-6 more months, doctor still optimistic!

    BFP #3 December 11, 2014!  Beta #1 14DPO = 122.4 Beta #2 17DPO = 296.8 Please stick little one and be our Rainbow!

            Perfect little heartbeat of 156 seen 1/7/15 :)

    My husband and I JUST, as in literally a week ago, got smart phones from US Cellular. For the longest time I stayed away from them because I didn't want to pay for them. The hubby finally whined enough so we went and got the Samsung S4 Mini.

    P.S - I'm 30 and I like keeping it old school!

    I have a Galaxy for my personal phone and an iPhone for work. It was challenging at first going back and forth between them, but I am used to it now.

    I only got one 2 years ago after starting my current role which is all about smartphone integration in vehicles... I got my husband one about 8 months ago...

    Just have to share because I find it funny - I work for a software company and one of my coworkers went from a smart phone to a "dumb" phone (as he called it) about a year ago to save money.  Then he made his "dumb" phone smart by writing a script that would send him a text every time he got a new email on his Gmail account. He went back to a smart phone after a couple of months.
