I gathered the conversation started 10 minutes prior to this recording where the man and his wife explained exactly why they were switching. I understand the CSR's plight to gain and keep customers, but you need to know when to cut your losses and his aggression is way overboard. Quite frankly, I don't need an explanation if I want to discontinue service.
Comcast is horrible. And I feel like they do it purposely because they know they are basically the only company that people can get anywhere. Unless I want Hughes Net, Comcast is the only internet provider I can get where I live.
