Hi!! Pg mentioned not me.... Thanks for posting this @blackbird818. Stupid TN for messing it up! I don't feel like I am in a good place. 3 announcements in 3 days is too much for me. One of the expecting triplets. I will have to go to school and look at her belly everyday. I should be happy for her, but I just can't as we were due around the same time. DH and I are fighting a lot or so it seems. Sigh... I wish I had a happy post. I am obsessed with me lavender mint Aveda shampoo!

Can I join? My EDD was 12/19/14. I lost my baby in May and had a D&C at 8 weeks. We don't know the sex and we didn't have any names picked out. I always felt my loss last year was a girl and I think of her in my head as Olivia. I'd previously been posting on the TTA board, but since I'm now NTNP I needed to find a new group of friends. A little bit about me - I'm 35 and a registered nurse on a med/surg floor at our local hospital. My SO is a bit older than me and that's causing some friction on the TTC front as he feels like he's too old to start over. I had a loss last April and another this May. We've been NTNP for the past year and half or so. I'm at 4 DPO and trying to be hopeful as we timed this cycle well. Though a large part of me figures I'm not lucky enough to get PG this close to a loss. Especially since it took a year after the first loss to get the second. I look forward to getting to know everyone. ((Hugs)) to everyone who needs them today.

@blackbird818‌ Sorry TB is being a PITA. So I had my pg drawn last Friday and it was confirmed negative. Another failed cycle. AF came Sunday. I had a cd4 u/s today to start the next IUI cycle and left deflated. They found another cyst, this time on the right, that is too large for me to go another cycle. So I guess I've been benched for a month. They also suggested that if the next IUI doesn't work, I should move to IVF. I dont know how I feel about that. I'm feeling angry about all of this again. Like I've been robbed or something because I never had a chance to get pregnant naturally. Sorry, I'm a bit emotional today...and to top it off, I have my sister's baby shower this coming Sunday.

Good afternoon, ladies. I'd like to join you in remembrance of our little December Angels. Thank you in advance for your support My most recent (third) loss ended in a d&c on June 10. Our little girl stopped growing at 11 weeks at a scheduled ultrasound- the miscarriage discovered just a few days afterwards. Testing revealed a T21 abnormality, which the RE is sure was the cause of the m/c. Her due date was 12/25/14. This is our third loss in a row since our journey to conceive began last June/July after our wedding- needless to say, it's been a roller coaster of a first year of marriage DH and I are both 32- I've had some testing done, but nothing has come back as abnormal/concerning. I have an appointment with a genetic counselor and an appointment with my RE (for a hysteroscopy), both next week. AF is currently visiting for the first time, so my first question to my RE is going to be in reference to when is safe to try again. I'm thinking two cycles... ? Thankful to have the support of the TTCAL board as I near the green light. I keep thinking to myself... Am I really trying for the 4th time? Within 14 months? QOTHD- I'd LOVE to be able to say that I'm obsessed with working out/going to the gym, but that would be less than honest! I'm trying to get back into it after taking a solid month off after learning of the miscarriage and in recovering from the d&c. I AM obsessed with the two kitties that my husband and I adopted in celebration of our 1st wedding anniversary! They have brought such joy into my life during this difficult time. I'm also very into photography, so they've given me something adorable to take pictures of Here's one from their first day home! (hope it's not an obnoxious size- I've never posted a pic before!)

@blackbird818- Thank you I purchased CS6- Photoshop for editing purposes. I've heard many good things about Lightroom, but I'm so used to what I have now that I've been too lazy to give it a try! (I think you can use it with a trial deal before you buy.)

@mrsjg2013 thanks. I've heard so much about both of those. I just wanted to ask your opinion. It seems like people are strong supporters of one or the other. It's just what you're used to.

@blackbird818 - Hey lady! How are you? I'm 3dpo. DH & I sorta made a decision regarding when to do our IVF cycle (the back and forth is mostly due to a trip in September). So, with my next cycle, if I ovulate on Aug 10th or earlier - our IVF cycle will be in August. If I ovulate Aug 11th or later - our IVF cycle will be in September. I even wrote the dates on the fridge. @kistyw13 - Happy Anniversary. Hope those temps stay up, FX! @jjbmstinco - ((hugs)) I'm sorry. @jennadesigns - Welcome to the check-in. Not much new is here. I'm in the 2WW and not feeling it again. So, I guess I'm ready to accept IVF as the next course of action. It will be another month of waiting after that, but I have a plan. @kistyW13 - Happy anniversary! Dreams are cool; I hope it is a good sign for you. @jjbmstinco - Sorry you're in that "place". It stinks. Hugs. @jennadesigns - Welcome! @mrsjg2013 - Welcome! Cute kitties. @StephieMK - Especially big ass hugs to you, my friend. QOTW: I'm obsessed with Method brand Sea Minerals hand soap and dish soap. I love that smell. AFM, so as it turns out it doesn't look like I O'd after all. Not really a major shocker. Am I bummed? Slightly. But life goes on and I have vacation coming up!!! Woot Woot!! 18 days and counting \:D/ bring on the sun, bikinis, and LOTS of adult beverages!!! I've been getting after it in my workouts. Feeling good. H has made numerous comments about how good I look and he can see a difference. Low-carb sucks but I'm dealing with it. TTC-related: I honestly am leaning more & more towards adoption as time rolls by. I lurk alot on the Adoption board and feel that if we are going to have children, that is the route we will have to take. QOTD: Right now I'm loving Cabot Extra Sharp white cheddar cheese. Also gotten obsessed with fishing

@Lesliem0901 Still evil I suppose. No new run-ins. She doesn't talk to me so I pretty much having nothing to do with her until we have to see her. FX the next visit won't be for a couple months!! [-O< I hate that I feel that way, but that's the truth. (((hugs))) lady. I knew you probably weren't feeling very confident. Either way, like you said, you have a plan. that soap sounds delightful...if only I had a sense of smell. But I love how you described it.

Hi ladies....

Posting and running unfortunately today.

I am just hanging out on Lupron ..... Which so far just means insomnia and forgetfulness. I've been running a ton so I'm thrilled to have lost 9lbs of the 25lbs I gained with the inception of IVF a year ago.... So a happy but slightly exhausted happy dance.

My due date was December 17th and my miscarriage was discovered on May 12th. After D&C tissue was sent for analysis and I did request to know the sex of the baby because I had felt so strongly that it was a girl and the doctor did confirm that it was a girl. Before I found out that I was pregnant the name Emilia was very heavy on my mind- so that is how I think of her. We are starting to try again this month after waiting two months. I have been OBSESSED with ice cream this month and usually I can very easily pass on ice cream. I honestly finish a carton in 2-3 days- my husband says he needs to lock it up so he can eat some himself! Hope you ladies are having a nice day today

So I finally heard back from the Endocrinologist's office and they scheduled me for my first consultation on August 20th. Which I had to reschedule due to that being the first week of the new children moving into our classrooms (which I'm now dreading.) So they called me back late yesterday afternoon to tell me that they had rescheduled me for the next open appointment they had, which is October 10th. >.< Which I will also have to cancel seeing as we will not be living here anymore at that time (at least as far as plans go now.) So this has been a huge bummer. 7 weeks of waiting for appointments to be made only to have to cancel them both. I also realized that this past week should have been the week I ovulated. Not really sure if I did or not, and we were not exactly the most careful in the last week, so really not sure what to think at the moment. I secretly am hoping that we get lucky and the part of me that is afraid to go through all this again so soon is praying that we don't. In other news, our 2nd anniversary is coming up in about a week and a half. Here's hoping the roommate has moved out by then. (God I hate her.) As for what I'm obsessed with lately, DH got me back into playing the video game we were playing together when we met (which is actually where we met) and so I've been rather obsessed with that lately. It's nice to lose yourself in a fantasy world where I don't have to think about everything going on in my life. @kistyW13‌ Happy Anniversary! And welcome to all the new ones.

Lol I know what you mean. But I always feel better about myself after I've worked out. I put on 30 lbs since coming off BCP in Sept 2012. X_X Since recommitting to my diet & working out, I'm down 13 lbs.

As for me, I've had quite a strange week...(see post on the main board about the new RE). Went to the new RE on Friday (really like the new RE btw), where he told me there was absolutely no way that I could have a period right now given my lining was nothing, and then went home and within 2h, AF showed up. Leave it to my body to do the exact opposite of expected! So now I'm in the middle of another femara cycle and adding Bravelle and Menopur (injects) on Friday...next appointment for follie scan is next Wednesday. I'm such a baby when it comes to needles though...not looking forward to doing injects twice a day... On a positive note, I'm starting to feel more 'at home' in the new job and not as completely lost. QOTW: Completely obsessed with anything Trader Joe's right now...I keep trying new things from them and liking everything I try. Tonight it was the 'crunchy cookie butter'....oh my goodess, could not put it down! ((Hugs)) to all who need them!! Have a good week ladies!

Sorry, I'm late to the party! Hi ladies TTCAL: Stopped BCP on Sunday, started Estrace on Monday. So far so good. Looking forward to my baseline u/s on Friday and hoping there will be no cysts that delay my cycle. NTTCAL: I have been subpoenaed to go to court 3 days before my transfer date and it's causing me a lot of anxiety. I'm trying to get out of it because there are factors that, if I am asked certain questions, could lead me to lose my job or my license to practice. I'm trying to control my stress but it is really high. I'm really worried about it affecting the success of my transfer

@O2girl I know it sucks. Mine is bc of PCOS (it's basically the devil I've decided) But it does feel good to see the results....scale going down, clothes fitting looser, etc

Which I'm excited about but at the same time, I'm going to miss my Bump lovelies. :-SS (maybe I should have added TB to my list of obsessions lol but that's kinda a given) (((hugs))) for the injections/needles! I don't have any advice as far as tips to minimize the discomfort. Maybe @jbasore1123 has some? FX for some beautiful, plump follies at next week's check-in!!!!!! So glad work is going better! I've heard alot about Trader Joe's but have never had any of their products.

@MSU_Girl1202- Injects weren't too bad. My advice: numb the area a bit with ice. 20 seconds is enough. The closer you are to your belly button, it hurts more (IMO) so aim for directly between your belly button and your side. Switch sides daily so you don't get too sore. To make sure nothing leaks out I would pinch the skin, have my DH inject at a 45* angle, then I would count to 5. I would then let the skin go but with the needle still in my skin. I would count to 5 again before he pulled out the needle. Very little pain. Menopur (I think) burns a bit but it's not too bad. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me!

Wow, seems like a really pissy week for a lot of us! Big ((hugs)) for everyone.

I did a TP over the weekend for a coworker of mine, and how she was treating me like a big idiot. I ended up talking to my boss about it, and she brought it up with the coworker, so I think that will change.

MY MOM IS HERE! I've been looking forward to her visit for a few months, so it's so nice for her to actually be here. Today was my first day off work (of 5. My boss is awesome ) and we went shopping, got some coffee, discussed plans, visited my work (they didn't believe we look that much alike, heh), and took in a movie. Now we're just chilling after supper My brother and my aunt are going to be here on Friday, so we're trying to spend some time just the two of us.

On the TTC front, I'm pretty sure I'm gearing up to O. Informed MH of that last night, so we'll see how it goes lol.

QOTD - I'm obsessed with costumes and corsets right now. I was actually talking to my mom about the corset I want to buy for my birthday. I have a 34" corset that I can close to nothing, so I'm thinking about getting a 30", but my hips are at 49" (I have 11" of difference between waist and hips), so I'm wondering if that would look a little odd, and also how it would fit *sigh*

AFM, nothing new here as far as TTC goes. I should hopefully O sometime early next week so working on good timing
NTTCALR: My hot yoga month trial expired and I'm being cheap and don't want to spend the $ to join so I'm very depressed about that (

QOTW: I'm currently obsessed with house projects. I've been cleaning, organizing and updating like it's my job lately!

blackbird818: You have to try Trader Joe's if it's near you...I am totally hooked...they have such good frozen food and most of it is on the healthier side (ex: pizza with roasted red peppers and olive oil).

jbasore1123: Thanks for all the tips lady!  I think I'm partially just psyching myself out at the thought of stabbing myself with a needle..I know...I'm being a total baby. I like the ice idea though, definitely will try that!
