Pregnant after a Loss

What are the chances...

So, i Live a few hours drive away from my parents. Me and OH have bought a new car and have decided to pick it up since getting it delivered will take too long ! Saturday, oh and me will be getting on a train and travelling 3 hours up north to pick the car up. The garage we are picking it up from is less than an hour away from my parents soooo we are going to pop in and surprise them! What are the chances of me going into labour on the train? Ha ha. Asking for FUN. There are no signs of baby coming any time soon ( 38 weeks ) I keep thinking that it would be typical for things to kick off on a train , or whilst at my mums when i have no notes, no hospital bag with me! Not taking them on purpose , plus too much to carry about. Its all fun and games!!

I would just be prepared--knowing where the nearest hospital is just in case. Also, will the train allow pregnant passengers -- thinking about how cruise ships & airlines have restrictions. I would check into that.

I'm not into superstition, but the full moon has passed right? Because crazy shit really does happen during a full moon.

  • Definitely check on the trains policy's! Or perhaps if your asked you may not want to tell them how far along you are to ensure you aren't told you can't travel. We traveled amtrak between Washigton DC and NYC and a Lady was 33 weeks pregnant and trying to get home for a funeral and she was told they can't have her travel as she looked like she could give birth anytime. This was a few years ago and I never new what the policy, etc is. Safe travels!!
