Interview help!

I applied for a job that I don't actually think I have the right qualifications for but they called me for an interview. (DH is telling me to go for it)  The interview is tomorrow and is one of those cattle calls with "an HR rep" and truthfully, I'm feeling hesitant about the whole thing.  I think they saw I was an admin and didn't really critically assess whether or not I had the rest of the qualifications they're looking for (it was a stretch application for me and I never thought they'd call).  I suppose it doesn't hurt to go on the interview but I've never had a pre-interview before.  I've always met directly with the hiring manager after a quick phone screen and I don't know what questions I should be asking of this person at this stage.  Help me, June13.  You're my only hope :-p

Sometimes the Hiring Managers/Recruiters have weird things that they like that aren't directly job-related. For example, I got an interview for somewhere because they saw Starbucks on my resume and figured I would deal well with rude people (they were so right!).

@KittenGator I actually ended up declining the interview.  After a lot of thought and talking with DH, the position wasn't likely to be something that would be better than the job I have.  I have a lot of flexibility in my current position, the ability to work from home in bad weather or if the kids are sick and I also work from home on Fridays.

I had started looking for a job because I'm not sure I can make things work with my new boss.  I decided to re-dedicate myself to trying to find ways to work with her (as if I were new, almost) and give it more time to see if there's any improvement.
