LO Fashion question

We have a wedding in October in Florida, on the beach. (We live in PA). Should I be looking for LO's outfit now since Summer clothes won't be out much longer? And with the way LO is growing there's no way he'd fit into the clothes he has now. Would you be looking for an outfit that is more of a Summer look since it will still be warm in FL in Oct? Or focus on getting him something a little dressier and season appropriate? Of course DH is telling me I'm overthinking this and should shop closer to the wedding. Thoughts?

I'd say wait til the end of summer .. Maybe you'll find some good deals! Ps did we ever decide how far away we live from each other? I'm in York.

I'd wait until the end of summer. Plus I would have an outfit for warm weather and an outfit for cooler weather.

Sometimes, if I'm trying to guess what size he'll be in a few months, I'll buy the outfit in a few different sizes and keep the receipt. The ones that don't fit him by the time the event rolls around get returned (or I keep for when he's even bigger).

Like @magdalina.h‌ said , I would do 2 outfits. We travel to FL (from PA too!) in April and although it's not the same time of year I am always shocked at how chilly it can be. I would def start looking now....I think fall clothing is out already.
