Hi there. It's been a very long time since I've posted on any boards here. We've been busy with test after test for my youngest boy. Our last test was the exome sequencing test. We had it done in May and it takes about 6 months for results . I was just wonderinf if anyone had experience with this test. They told us we might not even get an answer with it, but we could still find out a lot of info. Fingers crossed

Exome sequence testing is state of the art. That is our next option, but we will hold off because our insurance considers it experimental and it would cost 10k out of pocket.

10K?!?! Holy crap. Thankfully our insurance covered that whole thing. We just needed to provide a letter from the geneticist and a list of all other tests we have had. I'm juat scared it won't provide any answers.
