First Pregnancy Concerns

I am 35 into my first pregnancy and am having some concerns. I've been fighting migraines since 5 months and have been getting no relief from the medicine they prescribed. About a month ago I started getting swelling in my feet which has now spread into my calves and also get it in my hands. In addition to this, I also get "floaters" in my vision and horrible heartburn. I talked to a NP at my OB office 2 weeks ago and they ran some labs because, even though my BP is normal and I have no protein in my urine, all of the other issues put together are signs of preeclampsia. The results were negative. Over the past 2 weeks, the swelling has continued and doesn't improve overnight or when elevating my feet and I'm still dealing with the other symptoms. They re-ran labs yesterday, and I'm expecting another negative result. I know something is not right, despite the results. Has anyone dealt with anything similar or have any suggestions?

I've also been having an odd headache. Although, it does come and go. Sometimes tylenol helps. I had to be admitted 24 hrs for monitoring due to high bp. No sign of pre e and all test neg also. Now my BP goes down drastically at home but not in the office. Still have the lingering headache though. I'm eager to know also.
