My doctor okayed one diet coke every day because I was suffering from migraines and that seemed to help- that one each day is my little piece of heaven! Hey, if I can't have sushi and deli meat, I'm going to enjoy my doctor approved chemical soup!
I`ve been drinking gatorade and water. I feel like crap most of the time and gatorade almost instantly makes me feel better.

I've been drinking Naked juice. The green one has ginger in it. And of course, all veggies have made me want to hurl, so that fact that the naked juice is packed with broccoli, kale, and wheat grass just makes me feel that much more better about my nutrition. I know that the juices aren't as healthy as they claim to be, but it's got to be better than my other cravings.
Green tea, hot or cold. Maybe putting some lemon in your water might help, drinking plain water especially in the morning makes me super Nautious. But sipping cold green tea in the morning helps settle my stomach
I drink lots of water, (sometimes with lemon) San Pellegrino blood orange juice and Canada Dry ginger ale when I feel queasy. I personally never drink artificial sweeteners, I feel that stuff is horribly bad for you and baby IMO. I had a co-worker who's brother worked for one of the big artificial sweetener companies and he told us about how that stuff is made and how the companies know it's beyond bad for us but it's all about the money. (He quit after that) but to each their own.
I've been drinking milk like the world is going to run out. I've always been a milk drinker, but it has been sounding soooooo much better to me than water lately.
I drink so much water I need to remember get something else! I have been grabbing sprite and when I go to my moms she always has lemonade. Stopped drinking coffee(unless I run in to Starbucks) and I make sure to take it easy on tea. I love tea!
I've been drinking the le croix flavored sparkling waters. There are some really yummy flavors and the carbonation is helping with the nausea. Try that!!
I drink lots of water at home. However at work I cannot stomach it. I try sprite and can only get thru half before it turns my stomach. I was an avid Pepsi drinker. Pepsi was my coffee. I cannot even look at it!! I'm going to try pink lemonade.... Thanx for the idea
Lots and lots of water! I admit, I've been having sodas in the morning cause it's the only thing helping the MS. I've also been making homemade lavender lemonade and putting blueberries in ice cubes. It's quite lovely.
I've been doing water with Crystal Light a good bit as well, but never thought about the artificial sweetener! Feeling like a bonehead now. I have some Simply Orange with Mango and a sweet tea in the morning because this is my coffee and typically the only caffeine I have in the day and then with dinner I typically have a sprite. On the weekends since I don't make sweet tea at home, I'll have a Dr. Pepper. I tried doing fruit infused water, but the flavors were too strong for me right now. I might try just squeezing some lemon in to my water to get away from the Crystal Light.
I'm having the same problem & found that Welch's makes an orange, pineapple, apple juice that I can tolerate. It's even better with a little water added because I don't like it too sweet. Good luck!
