I don't know what to do/think (possible bfp) *update*

I'm 11 dpiui and 13 days past trigger took a FRER this morning and had a faint but distinct positive. Yesterday I took a clear blue and it was negative, I didn't test out trigger so I'm not sure that it's out yet. I hate that IF has robbed me of this opportunity to be happy and excited with a positive test, I haven't and probably won't tell DH yet, no sense in us both getting our hopes up. *Update* hcg was 24 on beta from yesterday, I was expecting a low one since my lines are faint and since I haven't even missed my period yet. Nurse at my obgyn was so awesome though, made me feel like it's really happening for me. Repeat hcg on Thursday (she said every 3 days). Thanks again for all the support ladies!!!

    Ultrasound @ 5w6d=heartbeat at 110!
    Ultrasound @ 6w6d =heartbeat at 131!

    Official diagnosis: Unexplained IF. I am 32. I have low ovarian reserve (low AMH), and poor egg quality. I've also been diagnosed with mild glandular developmental arrest (lining problems, detected with EFT).

    We are using open ID donor sperm. IUIs #1-7=BFN. IVF September 2014 antagonist protocol, 8R,5M,3F, 5 day transfer of 1 morula = BFN. IVF#2 planned for January 2015 (antagonist protocol + HGH).

    Fx...I would definitely see if you can get an earlier beta. The waiting is just cruel and unusual punishment. Good luck!
    Me: +35 DH: +35
    TTC: Since January 2013 
    DX: PCOS. Severe Endometriosis, Unicornuate Uterus w/only left tube and left ovary, Pedunculated fibroid (on the outside of uterus) and Anovulation. All conditions diagnosed 8/13
    TX: Metformin
    DH DX: MFI - low morphology, low motility
    Ultrasound shows both kidneys in spite of UU. 
    HSG showed clear tube on the left side. 
    Lap Surgery performed 1/9/14 to remove fibroid and endo (Stage 3)
    • IUI# 1 June 2014 started 100 mg of Clomid - 7dpiui Progesterone: 13: BFN
    • IUI#2  July 2014 started 100 mg of Clomid - 7dpiui Progesterone: 5.75: BFN
    • Natural Cycle - so shocked to be in 2WW - 7dpo Progesterone: 15.5: BFN
    • Working with new RE starting injectables in late August.
    • IUI #3 August 2014  w/ Menopur: BFN
    • Finally ovulating on my own!!
    Waiting to start IVF hopefully

    Good luck! If your RE's office doesn't want to move up your beta, perhaps you can have an appointment for a beta with your primary care...I know mine is happy to run a blood test whenever. :)

    Started RE Testing July 2014

    2 HSG tests: Right tube is blocked, possible endo.

    TSH elevated, started Synthroid 25 mg daily.

    October, 2014: Femara 5 mg + TI ---> 3 follies on blocked tube side ---> BFN

    November, 2014: Femara + Ovidrel + IUI#1--2 follies (on the good side), 46 mil. motile sperm=BFN

    Nov-Dec 2014: Femara + Ovidrel + IUI #2 (1 follie, 76 mil. motile sperm) + Endometrin=BFN

    January, 2014: Femara + Ovidrel + IUI #3 (1 follie, 38 mil. motile sperm)=???

    New RE appt. scheduled for 1/14.

    Ok so the RE's nurse just called me back; scolded me for not waiting until the 21 to POAS, and told me because I do not have a history or ectopics or losses that I don't need blood hcg testing. Wtf? Said if I have a positive that I should follow up with my family dr or obgyn. I was appalled, but I have an old rec from my obgyn for blood hcg so I'm on my way out the door to do that. I'll know tomorrow if its positive, and if it is I will be able to get my dad a "happy birthday grandpa" card :-)

    @iPutKetchupOnKetchup‌ I was too stunned to be snarky; a bld hcg is the next logical step after a positive hpt. And my RE is 3 hours away, maybe a good thing ;-)

    @CaterinaC‌ I thought that's how it would go too, I think they only do that for their ivf patients (ie the ones who spend the big $$) and assume that since we needed an gyne/obgyn for a referral to the RE that we all have one. My obgyn is really awesome, so I hope I can convince her for an early u/s otherwise I think I have to wait until 12 weeks

    1 cycle Clomid 50 mg + Ovidrel + IUI

    1 cycle Letrozole 7.5 mg + 150 mg Follistim + Ovidrel + TI

    1 cycle Letrozole 7.5 mg + 150 mg Folistim + Ovidrel + IUI

    1 cycle Letrozole 7.5 mg + 150 mg Follistim  - no response, repeated Letrozole 7.5 mg + 150 mg Follistim + Ovidrel + IUI = success! 12/2014

    Beta 1 - 15 dpiui, 324, Beta 2 - 17 dpiui 750. Twins!!

    Married Oct 2011
    NTNP for about a year before actively 
    TTC since April 2013
    Currently testing for infertility cause and hormone imbalance.
    Infertility & ovarian cyst diagnosis: May '14
    B/W: 'good', more ordered to check antibodies & progesterone
    SA: Normal :)
    U/Ss for cyst: who the f knows
    DH's cat scan: showed encapsulated fatty growth; u/s: didn't really show much more
    Breast Specialist: Most likely a large fibroid, but keeping an eye on it, repeat u/s every 6mos 
    HSG: clear tubes, uterus is A-ok
    WHAT'S NEXT: DH's consult with surgeon to discuss next step for growth, either biopsy or surgery~Big discussion with Dr. before any possibility of starting Clomid, since I'll want another u/s before and to be monitored and he doesn't seem into that. I had to force his hand just to order the AMH test so may be looking for another OB
