We've been eating out a lot lately and we need a healthy meal at home. I'm looking for something that has either meat or cheese, but not both, and no pork, ham or shellfish. Ideally something simple to prepare. So what's for dinner?

Re: WFD?
We also like to do baked chicken or skillet chicken a lot and then put cheese on top.
Never used it before, so I'm hoping it turns out ok.
Friday night I made a zucchini goulash dish. I am not a goulash fan, but the zucchini/squash in it made it lighter and very tasty.
Edit - and it was ready to eat in about 30 minutes.
