It's cute but I'm having a hard time picturing it on a grown woman, except Macy Gray maybe? And Maci on teen mom. I'm not sure I would want people to have that association when asking "wait, what's her name?"

Have you considered narrowing it down and choosing when she's born?

I like Macy- I know someone named Macy and it fits her perfectly. I never thought it sounded juvenile- it fits her very well.

I actually really like it. It's been on MY list for a while ... but my husband always nixes it. Says it reminds him of the department store.

It's not my cup of tea, but I know someone my age (23) with the name Macy so I think it's fine.  I wouldn't consider the Macy I know to be cutesy or juvenille.

Very much used in the south!
I went to college with a Macie and a friend's sister is Macy.
I think both wear the name well especially Macie...I couldn't picture her anything else.
It's not my favorite name but it's cute.
