IVF Bleeding on Injections

So, per dr instruction, I stopped BCPs after last Tuesday's pill (7/8). Nurse said I should expect a light period given my thin lining at my baseline u/s. I had some light spotting on Saturday, and then last night a lot of dark brownish discharge, similar to when my period usually starts.

Yesterday I started injections... I don't remember having bleeding on injections in the past... anyone have this? I called my RE this morning and am waiting on a call back, but thought I'd see if anyone had any insight here.
