Mine is so boring. It's my IM name. Which is also very boring. Maiden name, first initial, and birth date. I would change it to Magsalonia but I'm too lazy to do it. That is a combo of "Mags", my nickname, and "Apollonia", the sex kitten in Purple Rain. Or, "YukonCornellia", which is my roller derby name/character. (I've never done it, but would love to.)

I would have to say, @JimBobCooter is my favorite name on here.

My bump name came from my Knot name. They won't let me change it.

Love this!  Because my bump name was my online dating profile name, which is where I met my husband. He said he liked how it was an adverb;)

Mine isn't too original. I joined The Nest when I became engaged, 10 years ago. Mine and DH name. I would like to change it, but after having it for 10 years, I probably never will.

Mine is a nod to the Ramones. "Gabba Gabba Hey" Is a sort of catchphrase of theirs and is in one of their songs. I had used it for some other site in the past and knew there'd be a pretty slim chance that it would've been taken already here!

@soontobeshrader: Are you sure that you can't change your name? You might not want to since you are identifiable now, but a lot of users have been changing their names in their accounts recently.

@Radiantly: I also love that your name is an adverb and I'm jealous that I didn't think of using one.

My name is a reference to the song my mom always sang as a lullaby. Now I sing it to DS before he takes a nap or goes to sleep at night. Also, my year of birth is in my name.

@Edlotz01 I heard that you might be able to change your name by going to The Knot Web site and then under Account you can change your username and password. You might want to try?

Lurking ...lol love these...mine is dear son's name Samuel with an I attached. How they say it in Albanian to differentiate a boy from girl...samueli and I am his mom...so Samuelismomma ...lol...I love @hooligans4 name:)

@URMySunshine77 not only have I seen Rock 'n' Roll high School, but I of course own it! Such cheesy goodness. I was going to watch it again this weekend in honor of Tommy Ramone who passed away a few days ago - even though he wasn't even in the movie since he was only in the band until '78 (movie came out in '79), but any excuse to dust it off!

I used to be a kindergarten teacher when I joined and shlitz is similar to my last name and in college I was referenced as Schlitz malt liquor because my neighbors thought it was my name. It stuck awhile. I would like to change it but probably never will.

@URMySunshine77 - No. I tried last year and barely made it around the rink due to fear of falling and not being able to get back up. I suppose if I worked on it and lost 50 pounds, but that isn't going to happen.   Just a pipe dream.

Mine is similar to my actual last name. That us usually how people mispronounce it. I love being called Mrs.Hooligan.
But it does fit my crazy family of four.

Mine's not very interesting. It's based on my husband's name and some other stuff (I didn't take his name in real life, so it was the least I could do.) "You Are My Sunshine" is also on heavy rotation in our nursery--I think of it every time I see your user name!

@Austrogermokee - I always have to take a double look at your screenname because I always think I am spelling it wrong. Now that I know the abbreviated reasoning for it, I can now spell it out and do it much easier! Also-- I am embarrassed to say I thought your name meant you had a phobia to germs, or a dislike for monkeys. (astronomical germ monkey). Excuse my right-brained weirdness.
