Does any one else have rectal pains?

I'm a high risk pregnancy because of lupus and epilepsy I'm currently at 30 weeks
Along with the rectal of ins I am having pains in my spine that feel like a pinched nerve

I wouldn't describe sciatica as rectal pains.  I had sciatica with my 2nd.  The further I got into my pregnancy the better it felt for me.  I would mention it to your doctor they can give you suggestions on how to manage the pain.
