Late Term and Child Loss

peaking in/RTZ retreat

Hello ladies,
First off, let me apologize for not being around the last few weeks.  I needed a bump break to focus on my rainbow baby and my own mental health.  I've been struggling and at times TB was a distraction for me from dealing with issues that needed to be addressed.  I'll be back soon.  I promise!

It was my birthday this week and tonight DH and my parents surprised me.  They reserved a spot for me at the NE Return to Zero retreat.  I'm very excited (and a little nervous).  I think that this is just what I need right now, but I'm also scared that I'll be going alone.  I haven't dealt with any aspect of our loss without DH... in fact this will be my first extended time away from him since we lost baby Gary.  I was wondering if anyone else registered.  I thought it would be really cool to meet some bumpies in RL.

Hope everyone is doing as well as possible.  Hugs to all!

I understand the bump break.  I'm not on much either, except maybe on this board. From what I've heard from others, they take breaks as well as it often helps clear the head.

As for the retreat - that's so great!  It looks like a wonderful retreat.  I hope that you gain valuable skills and memories from this retreat and come back feeling a little bit lighter.
