Favorite cake is anything with cream cheese icing.  Because really, cake is just a vehicle to make me feel better about consuming massive amounts of cream cheese icing.  Which is weird--because cream cheese in any form except icing makes me want to hurl.   It is in the same category as cottage cheese and ranch dressing.  Weird...
