Best insert to pair with hemp doubler?

I am still fairly new to CD'ing, and have used BG 3.0's. I need to replace the old, worn-out microfiber inserts, and have already ordered a bunch of hemp doublers. What is your favorite insert to use along with a hemp doubler? Not sure if I have an especially heavy wetter or if the leaks were due to the worn out MF inserts.

I like a bamboo fleece insert or something cotton. Hemp, theoretically, absorbs slower...so it could mean a leak if your kid pees a lot at once.

But we've done a hemp insert in a cover and had no issues

Is there a particular brand of bamboo fleece that you like?

I made mine at home from bamboo fleece fabric :-/. I think the Kawaii bamboo inserts are popular
