Mother of twins that works nights

I have 1 year old twins and I work nights. My fiancé is also away on business trips a lot. I hate leaving my girls with my mother in law every night. They always cry when I drop them off and it breaks my heart. Does anyone have any advice?

My mom watches my son while I work and she ALWAYS sends me at least one picture of him doing something cute. Maybe she could send you updates on them or just a cute pic of them sleeping? And the times that my son does cry when I leave, he's usually better less than 5 minutes later. good luck!
