I'm really crazing Cheetos X's and O's (or Paws or Checkers), but they stopped making them years ago....  The regular Cheetos just don't cut it.

When you ladies complain about sleeping with your SO's I feel a little bad for you guys, but then I remember why I am so happy we created the monster bed and that makes me smile.

I am eating some cheerios and blueberries. Every time I eat them, I imagine little tiny screams from a shrunken family trying to survive.

We spent three hours at Home Depot to buy stuff for our nursery renovation. Oh and $1200. Yikes. Nothing like putting money into our fixer upper house!

And for my separate, happy random post: I shaved my dog today for the first time. The goal was to reduce the amount of fur he sheds and the need for continual vacuuming, but he actually looks pretty cute!

@PurpleHippo19 - Cutting your jeans is a great idea! Now I'm tempted too since I hate wearing long pants in the summer and have too many maternity jeans.

@MrsL2B - I would never have the courage to cut my dog's hair! I'm glad the cut looks cute on your doggy!

I just had a donut and a half and milk for lunch. Nom nom. I'll probably have some carrots sticks too just to add something healthy in there. 

We went on our hospital tour this morning and DH was really excited that dads get a free hot breakfast every morning during our stay there. I think that alone convinced him we should go with that hospital (we were debating between the one 2 min from us and the one where DS was born, 35 min away).  

We also just got back from buying a new car seat and bases for baby. And I went to the gym. It's been a productive day.

DH is finally coming home tomorrow!!!! It's been 12 weeks. I can't wait for him to touch my belly. (This is probably my 200th time mentioning this, sorry I'm a broken record)

I made an ice cream cake for him, dq style.

Also, just attempted making fruit gummies. They smelled nasty, so I wouldn't eat them. Pinterest fail.

Ordered our baby furniture today MIL bought the fancy crib I wanted for us. Very grateful for this woman! Everything will be here in two weeks i cant wait!

DH and i were also supposed to have a date night out and instead i am making that damn mac and cheese with hamburger and peas. I must have it. Totally vegging out at home tonight, its exactly what i wanted!

I have a few.

1. Was soooo excited to hit up a specific sidewalk sale today to stock up on Baby CZ at hugely discounted prices - got there and the store had closed.  (  I'm devastated!  Found a few cute pieces at another shop, but still bummed.

2.  DH and I are sitting on the deck with our cats; Calvin was sleeping on a chair, and Benzene umped up to join him (there's ample space!). Calvin threw a fit, tolerated him for a bit, and then returned to the deck.  I felt bad so put out new cushions for Cal on another chair.  The four of "us" are now sitting on the deck, each on our own chair.  DH thins this is hysterical.

3. DH commented that my belly button isn't as deep as it used to be; I looked down, and I don't think it's going to be an "innie" for much longer!

I'm glad I'm in the "home stretch" but her having less space to wiggle around freaks me out. I can't tell if she's just being lazy, squished, or decreased movement. In other news, I'm on the hunt for seafood. Maybe some yummy shrimp will perk her up..

On the seafood front. I am craving sushi. DH is not wanting (which is a complete mystery since he wants it WAY more often pre - pregnancy then I did) So maybe I can convince him we want it for lunch tomorrow.
