Progesterone side effects?

My RE said my Progesterone is just a little lower than they want it to be. They put me on a lose dose of Progesterone, started it last night. Today I'm nauseous and just feel super tired. Are these normal side effects? Are there any other side effects that come along with Progesterone?

I was on progesterone suppositories during the TWW (400 mg 2x a day) and did have some bloating and cramps. I also had some hot flashes at night and was a little bit more emotional (cried during some tv shows). The biggest issue I had was when I came off the progesterone. I had severe anxiety and almost had a panic attack. I wrote a post about it a few days ago. I don't know if you will have any anxiety if you will be on the low dose progesterone throughout your cycle. I think I had these anxiety issues because I went from 800 mg of progesterone a day for 14 days to none. Anyways, progesterone side effects really aren't that bad and you will most likely get used to the increased hormone and the side effects will subside. Good luck.

My first few days of it Piui were tough, I was extremely irritable but I leveled out. I was nauseous yesterday after lunch but it was leftovers so I blame it on my cooking. My RX says it may cause dizziness listed in the side affects, and that may make you feel nauseous.

My natural progesterone, especially the peak mid-luteal phase, cause nausea and fatigue to the extreme. I was glad the RE did not prescribe more during our treatment cycle.

Ugh, I always break out right before AF, that means I should prepare for that lovely side effect. I also have cramps like AF is coming. I'm ruling out a BFP bc of it but I guess I could feel this way I either way.

This is my 2nd month on progesterone, just started it today (2 dpiui).  I'm lucky I guess that last month I did OK on it.  I had a few moments where I had a minute of nausea/dizziness that passed.  And I did wake up in the morning with extremely dry mouth (and sometimes feeling dizzy/hungover) but the feeling would pass pretty quickly when I woke up, got a glass of water and got the blood circulating.  My biggest gripe about it though was how messy it was.  Those things leak!  I had to wear a panty-liner at all times (which pretty much ruled out wearing a thong).
