Cloth Diapering

TOMS

Are they really comfortable?  I want to buy some but I am worried that they may rub in the back.  And my size seemed to fit snug.  I was told not to go bigger and they are supposed to fit snug and that they will loosen up a little.  Is that correct?

Re: TOMS

  • I was told to buy some really tiny weird looking socks to wear with them since the soles are made of pig skin. They do loosen up but the back does rub slightly so i just hike the sock up a little to cover my heal.

i don't suggest wearing them on a day you'll be doing a lot of walking(so theme parks probably not the best shoe) since they have little support but for trips to the mall or beach they are pretty decent. (Mine aren't totally broken in...)

  • I love mine. I usually wear them without socks. They can go in the wash. on gentle although it might not be recommended. My feet are wide so they each have a threadbare spot where my hammertoe rubs but it isn't irritating. They work well with insoles.
  • That's pretty much all I wear anymore. I'm on my 6th pair or so! And not because they are worn out. But because I LOVE THEM!

Ive never had issues with them rubbing the back of my ankle.

I have bad dancers feet so take this with a grain of salt but those shoes are horrid. No support at all. They are nice and lightweight and they will loosen a bit with wear but I couldn't wear them for any extended period of time.
