Just wrote my congressman

About how parents in jail can have their child support waived because they obviously can't pay while incarcerated. Well, it isn't like BD will be doing 20 to life.  So he goes into arrears.  That's is problem. He has the rest of his life to get it paid off.  It's not fair to the kids with idiot parents and it's a reward to these dipshits who can't stay out of trouble.  

This is something I really want to push but how do you go about that these days?  Should I write him once a week?  Should I write someone else, too?  Where else can I drop my soapbox?!?!

    @Becwheat might know. If i remember corectly she has done something similar based off the situation with her ex.

    Any ideas @becwheat? Because im with you tig, b and his siblings shouldnt suffer because bd is an idiot. Bit hes already out of prison for 5 counts arson because the jails in that area are over full its impossible to get jail time to stick

    Im supposed to ne collecting.child support but hes refusing to pay because he doesnt think they can do anything to him if he doesnt
