No more pacifier!!! AW!!

I was going to wait for Christmas to try to take the pacifier away. Maybe give it to Santa!

Today I was presented with a golden opportunity to take it away a little early. 

Z has been chewing on it and it punctured. I am too scared of her choking on parts of it I explained to her the pacifier was broken. She took it to the trash & threw it away and laid down for her nap......& for bedtime!!! Like no big deal! 

I know it's the first day but I'm hoping for this to be smooth sailing & her to just be done with it! :):D

    Oh my gosh!! Go you!!!! That's awesome!! She will be fine! When she asks just say, "it broke remember??" I was terrified and Mini seriously didn't even think twice about it.

    Why is this always such a sad day for me? DS took his until he was 2 and 4 months. My plan was Santa too! The same thing happened... he bit through it, which he had done other times, and he was done. I was pregnant with DD1 at the time so I was happy. Then I found a back-up paci a few months later and bawled. Now DD1 is a paci fiend. She just turned 2 but I won't push it yet. DD2 is also a paci baby. LOL! Why can't they stay little forever? :(( :((
