Bra advice

Hello All! Im a FTM seeking advice about bras.I was already a D cup before pregnancy and am now out growing the DD I bought about 2 months ago. I sleep in them too since the one day I didnt I woke up crying in pain. I would like to find a nice sports bra to sleep in but my main problem at this point is whether sleeping or awake my boobs end up getting pushed together and getting all sweaty and itchy. I have scratched myself raw in some places and thats why I dont think a sports bra will cut it. Any advice would be much appreciated. Also I work at a hospital, does anyone know if maternity scrubs are more comfortable or should I just go to XL. Thanks so much!

Victoria's Secret carries sports bras that have individual cups. I feel your pain. My boobs are out of control right now. I have only gained about 5 lbs but I have gone up three cups sizes. This is my third baby so I thought I had seen it all. @-)

I am a triple D I feel your pain. I have always slept in a bra ever since I can remember I was busty as a teenager. I sleep in underwire I know you shouldn't but I find it completely comfortable and better than your boobs hurting and sticking together all night long and getting red and raw. Macy's even carries underwire nursing bras and they're very comfortable and not a bad price only $24
