Yuck! A discharge question...

Earlier my 30 lb toddler jumped full force onto my bump... hurt so bad I cried! I went to the bathroom maybe 10 minutes later and when I wiped there was a huge amount of white discharge... no blood. Has this happened to anyone. I plan to call my OB in the morning if I haven't felt baby move all night.

I think it's pretty normal. Some ladies experience the same thing after they have a BM. You probably pushed out your discharge.

I get more when I work out, too, I think from a combination of tightening my core muscles and gravity.

I don't know about the discharge, but I would definitely get checked out just in case?  Any kind of hard hit to my belly would freak me out for sure, blood or no blood. Just me though

I had a discharge today also I figured it was normal

My 2 year old has done the same thing to me. I just watched for movement and bleeding and was fine
