Last minute party help

So I decided to have a party for Ava afterall. We were just going to do a tiny celebration with just us since we have so much going on right now... however I think she will enjoy a little party. It will just be us, my inlaws and a few friends so maybe around 10 adults and Ava and her friend who is the same age. 

It will be in a week and a half so I need to get on this. I thought we will just order pizzas and I did already order a big cake to be ready for that day. Does anyone have some ideas for easy/ quick decorations and other party foods to have? I loved the photo of the fruit skewers that someone posted the other day (sorry I can't remember who posted it) so I think I'll make those. What else should I offer? We are planning to have the party starting at 4:00pm.

I am usually really into crafty/pinterest type decorations and baked goodies but I don't have time or the energy right now to do all the little details I normally would....

Tissue Pom poms are easy to make, or you could just hang a set of paper lanterns, and a happy birthday banner. For food ideas what about chips and queso? I make the queso with a jar of roasted red salsa and velveeta cheese in a crockpot. Easy and yummy.
